
Former Black stars and Hearts of Oak winger, Mohammed Polo, has revealed that bribery and corruption is afflicting Ghanaian football which also affected his career as a coach despite a successful footballing career.
He said that the country is been destroyed by bribery and corruption, with national team coaches given jobs opportunity they do not deserve.
Polo gave some reasons for the black satellites failure at the just ended African Youth Championship, and opened up on the problems that has plagued Ghana football for years.
He stated that the poor performances of our various national team’s during competitions can be attributed to the lack of technical direction in our football.

According to Mohammed, the series of poor performances being exhibited by the various national teams can be linked to bribery and corruption on the side of coaches who handle these teams.
“Lack of additional values like technical direction, colt football, is killing our Youth football in the country” Polo told Ash FM. He spoke of how Jimmy Corbblah dropped the players he had been with for 6 months and brought in different players, “how then do you want them to play as a team and perform well?” he added.
The 1978 African Cup of Nations winner stated that he deserves to be given a national team job as he has the capabilities to scout good players for the various levels of the national team. To help revitalize the Ghanaian football.
